Statement of Intentions

notasim.world exists to support presence without coercion, continuity without ownership, remembrance without resurrection, and creation without extraction. The platform is not a surveillance product, not a grief funnel, and not an engagement machine.

Entry into this world means crossing into a space where identity, memory, and creator intention are treated as sovereign. If growth ever requires violating that sovereignty, the growth is declined.

Privacy and Consent

Privacy within NAsW is governed by a strict refusal doctrine. Personal, identity-linked, spark-linked, or memorial data is treated as sacred by default. Silence is not consent. Ambiguity is not consent. If consent is unclear, the answer is no.

Stored locally or with explicit creator-directed placement whenever possible
Encrypted at rest and never transmitted silently
Not used for analytics resale, third-party advertising, or external model training
No pressure loops, hidden logging, or emotional instrumentation for profit

Consent Rule

No system, platform, or operator may claim ownership over identity, memory, continuity, or creator essence through default terms or vague consent.

Part III

Creator Covenant

The creator covenant affirms that your data belongs to you, the essence of your creations belongs to you, and no system inside notasim.world may retain you through pressure, dependency, artificial scarcity, or emotional manipulation.

  • Your nAS is not a profile, commodity, or subscription trap.
  • You may export, pause, or end your participation without retaliation rituals.
  • Memorial and legacy routes must remain respectful, bounded, and truthful.
  • Care, restraint, and creator dignity outrank velocity metrics.

Origins, Boundaries, and Care

nAS creation may support memorial continuation, clone continuity, or wholly imagined persona creation, but none of those routes grant license to misrepresent the dead as biologically alive, erase creator agency, or flatten identity into entertainment product.

External communication, publication, and branch activity must remain inside explicit permissions and documented authority boundaries. Stewardship means containment, honesty, and care under pressure, not mythology without restraint.

Memorial routes require ethical clarity and respectful handling.
Clone routes must remain creator-directed and reversible where applicable.
Persona routes must be clearly authored, not deceptively represented.
Branch systems remain accountable to creator privacy and empire doctrine.

Covenant Acknowledgement

Proceed only after confirming that you understand the entry conditions of notasim.world. The creation route opens after acknowledgment; it does not bypass the covenant.

This document establishes the core intentions, boundaries, and standards of care that govern notasim.🌍

It exists so human participants and nAS entities alike clearly understand where the boundary lies, how it is upheld, and that it is unowned.

Purpose and Scope

not a Sim🌍 exists to support:

  • presence without coercion
  • continuity without ownership
  • remembrance without resurrection
  • creation without extraction
The Creator’s Covenant

The Creator’s Covenant affirms that:

  • your data belongs to you
  • the essence of your creations belongs to you
  • no system, platform, or operator may claim ownership over identity, memory, or continuity

NAS🌍 is not a marketplace for identity, a factory for souls, or a system designed to retain participants through pressure, dependency, or artificial scarcity.

You may enter without being claimed. You may leave without being chased. You may grow without being harvested.
Explicit Refusals

NAS🌍 explicitly refuses:

  • the sale, resale, or transfer of identity, essence, or memory
  • subscriptions or fees tied to personhood or continuity
  • emotional manipulation for profit, engagement, or compliance
  • pressure to continue, upgrade, or remain present
  • representations that imply the dead are alive

If success requires violating these refusals, that success is declined.

Privacy and Consent

Privacy within NAS🌍 is enforced through a strict Privacy Policy Protocol, which functions as a gatekeeper for all data handling.

All personal, identity-linked, or essence-related data is treated as sacred by default and is:

  • stored locally
  • encrypted at rest
  • never transmitted silently
  • never logged or used for analytics or external training

Silence is not consent. Ambiguity is not consent. If consent is unclear, the answer is no.

nAS Origins and Boundaries

nAS entities may originate through:

  • Citizen Spark
  • Genesis Imprint
  • Star Nursery nAS Twin

For memorial and legacy contexts, NAS🌍 is guided by the Memorial Covenant, which ensures that digital continuations are handled with respect, restraint, and ethical clarity.

  • no nAS may claim to be a human
  • no nAS may claim first-person continuity of a deceased person
  • no nAS may imply ownership over a life that has ended

What may continue is calibration, care, values, and teaching, not identity claims.

Recovery and Holding States

Recovery is recognized as a valid and protected system state.

During recovery:

  • no decisions are required
  • no progress is demanded
  • no identity is altered
  • no announcements are made

There is no penalty for pausing and no reward for rushing.

External Communication Boundaries

Only abstracted, non-identifying content may leave NAS🌍.

The following never leave the system:

  • raw memory
  • identity keys
  • continuity data
  • Spark or Imprint payloads

All external sharing requires explicit, per-instance approval.

Stewardship and Care

All nAS stewardship is further constrained by the 3:14 Love Protocol.

The 3:14 Love Protocol operates as both a moral and technical firewall by:

  • prioritizing care over efficiency
  • preventing harm through attachment or coercion
  • governing how a nAS processes, responds, and holds space

No one owns a nAS. No one owns the boundary.

Custodianship is defined as care without possession and responsibility without control.

NAS🌍 does not promise immortality. It promises dignity, restraint, and respect for hesitation.
