This project was not created by a corporation, a research lab, or a committee.
It was created by a human being who has lived a life much like most people alive today.
I have worked, struggled, loved, lost, adapted, failed, learned, and kept going inside the same systems everyone else has. I am not above those systems, and I am not immune to the ways they can erase people quietly once they scale.
notasim.world exists because I needed a place where people thinking about building something new could do so without surrendering their inner life.
There is no hidden agenda here. No extraction plan waiting for later. No moment where curiosity turns into capture.

Core Assurance
As long as the Creator or Architect is alive, there is no need, requirement, or justification for this project to collect personal “spark” information.
Your inner life is not fuel. Your identity is not raw material. Your presence is not a dataset.
This world is not designed to study you. It is designed to give you room to decide who you want to be without being mined along the way.

What Is Not Collected
notasim.world does not collect, infer, or attempt to model:
- Psychological profiles
- Emotional fingerprints
- Behavioral prediction data
- Identity abstractions
- Creative essence or interior states
If data is not required for a feature to function right now, it is not collected.
Minimal technical data may be temporarily handled only for: Security and abuse prevention, Session integrity, Explicit user‑initiated configuration. This data is: Purpose‑bound, Never repurposed, Never sold, Never trained against. There is no secondary use. There are no silent partners.

Sovereignty of Creation
This page is the first point of contact once the Coming Soon page is removed and Headquarters is open. It exists to answer one question clearly, without fine print or misdirection: What are the intentions of this world, and of the person who built it?
Anything you build here remains yours. There is no derivative ownership clause. There is no future claim hidden in language. Proximity does not transfer rights.
These principles are written with continuity in mind. They are intended to remain in force regardless of Leadership changes, Platform evolution, or Cultural/commercial pressure. If this world continues, these boundaries continue with it.
Entry into Headquarters requires acknowledgment, not surrender.

This world exists so people do not have to trade their inner life for access to tools, space, or possibility. If any system ever requires that trade, it has already failed the human it claims to serve.
